January Glossybox | Review

Hello, Darlings! Its been a few days since my last post and its because I've been feeling a bit rough with a heavy period and awful cramps, sorry if its TMI but its true! Anyways I have been feeling a bit meh with social media at the moment with youtube changing for the small YouTubers and Instagram showing barely any posts anymore, I miss how it used to be. I will be carrying on though because I love it so much.

I have been getting Glossybox for over a year now and I have been impressed with all of their boxes up until this box, it's not that I don't like the contents box it was a little mistake that can be a problem for some people like myself and others.

This months box is New Year themed with lots of products that are perfect for self-care and also a fresh approach to the new year.

Lets see whats inside, shall we?
January Glossybox Review
Boots Beauty Beneath Supplements
(Full Size - Months Supply)
I am always uneasy when it comes to supplements because finding a vegetarian or pescatarian options is a right pain so when I saw on the leaflet that they were pescatarian I thought why not? Mistake unfortunately because on the box it says they have beef gelatine which is a shame because I won't be able to have them as I have a halal diet.

I don't think it was wise to have these in the box especially with lots of people having different requirements but that's just my opinion.

Dr Bontanicals Morrocan Rose Facial Oil
(Sample Size - Perfect for travel)
Now I am a massive fan of this brand, I have so many of their creams that I have lost count! This is a facial oil and I usually just love Dr Bontanicals but this oil didn't go so well for my skin unfortunately because it just broke out my skin with lots of spots. I know this won't happen to most people but it sure does for me and I like to be honest with you all.

I cant be all negative with this though because it smells gorgeous and it works wonders on my partner's skin and he just loves it. He puts it on before bed before his usual moisturiser.

Evelyn Iona Cosmetics Green Tea Primer
( Full Size )
Primers are a must have for anyone who wants their makeup to last that extra bit longer and also keeping our skin moisturized. This primer is paraben free, vegan and cruelty-free too which is fab.
I have tried this a few times now and so far I am impressed with it; it has a very little scent and applies like a moisturizer.

I have never heard of this brand before but I am very keen to look at more of the cosmetics at Evelyn Iona seeing as this is fab for my skin.

Apicia Cream Blush
(Full-Size )
Now I have a love-hate relationship with cream blushers as I have had times that I have tried to blend out cream blushers and they just didn't look right on me as my usual powder blushers. I love that this blusher is rich in organic bee pollen in it which adds to a more natural element.

I actually like this blush as it gives me a lovely dewy pink look and I actually love it. I combined it with a golden highlighter and it's just heavenly.

Nail Medic Nail & Cuticle Energizer
( Full-Size )
I honestly couldn't be happier with this! My nails are in need of some TLC as I have lost track of the number of times I wore false nails last year and also changing my nail polishes too. All you basically do is apply this to bare nails to help strengthen and hydrate nails- something my nails are just shouting out loud for.

I haven't given this a try yet but I can't wait to give it a whirl. I love the size of the bottle too as it has a generous amount of product in it.

Did you get this month Glossybox? What are your thoughts on it?
