L'Occitane Almond Milk Concentrate | Review

Hi Darlings
The first time I ever seen a L'Occitane shop was way back when I was about 18 when one opened in the Metro Centre in Newcastle and I remember thinking back then that the shop looked beautiful and all of the skincare products looked divine. Since that day I had always wanted to try their products and I am glad out of all the products the first I tried was this one which is 'Almond Milk Concentrate'.  Basically its described to help fight against skin slackening.

L'Occitane not only sell this cream they also sell a variety of products including; Skincare, Haircare and Fragrance. The use high quality and natural ingredients including; 200 botanical ingredients with a quarter of them being organic. For more info check out their sourcing of their ingredients on their website here
£42

Fragrance
Almond

First Impressions
The box actually looked far too nice to open and I honestly regret not taking a photo of that too because it looked lovely with a nice retro design on it. The box was also very sturdy that you could tell there was a quality product inside.

The jar itself is just simply lush as its in a glass bottle with a screw lid. I love the detail on the glass as it makes it look like a nicer product. The product inside looks so soft and as soon as I opened it I could smell the sweetness of the almonds.

Uses for Almond Milk Concentrate
This cream is made to help make the skin feel firmer and also too give a satin like sheen. It can be used on various parts of the body after cleansing by applying a small amount to hands and apply in circular motions. It has advice on how to use the product on the website and also areas to use it including stomach, arms and buttocks.
My Thoughts
I honestly can't rate this product enough and I would 100% buy it again in the future because it works beautifully and smells divine. I applied this to my chest, legs and my arms and honestly after a month of using it I could tell the difference with my skin, it feels so much softer and hydrated. Once its on my skin my skin feels like it's getting a moisture boost that lasts all day and also the scent is just gorgeous that half the time i don't bother wearing a perfume because this smells lovely on its own.

I loved this product mostly on my chest and bum as its perfect for softening the skin and keeping skin hydrated especially in the colder months. I can honestly say this cream has worked better than any other moisturiser I have tried before which is a good thing and also a little bit of a bad thing because this cream is a little bit on the steep end at £42.

My partner is training to be a wrestler and he loves to use this on his arms as it helps him relax after training or going to the gym. He has told me its his favourite cream that I have tried on him so far.

Pros
  • Firms Skin
  • Hydrates
  • Helps protect skins elasticity
  • Stimulates cellular renewal
 Cons
  • A little bit on the expensive side

Have you tried L'Occitane products before?
