I have had the Nutri bullet for months now but I haven't used it for absolutely ages and its been hidden in my cuboard since the summer when I first bought it. I know its terrible what a waste, but the main thing is its out of my cupboard now and I will be using it more often now and trying to make more smoothie combinations and sharing more recipes with you all.
I am trying to loose a bit of weight and tone up a bit more so I have decided to try get more fruit and vegetables in my diet, I know 5 a day is enough and I already get that but I really tend to want to have like 7-10 portions of fruit and vegetables seeing as I am vegan and the fact I enjoy fruit and vegetables so much .
- half a cup of Almond Milk
- 1 tea spoon of Almond butter
- 1 small organic apple
- 2 bananas
- 3 heaped tablespoons of oats
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
The nutriblend was brilliant and made making this smoothie look easy and even for me I found it easy to use and has very clear instructions in the manual . The smoothie was smooth like yogurt consistency and easy to drink and was not time consuming.
So pleased with the outcome with this smoothie and it tasted divine and it filled me up for lunch time and I didn't go snack like I usually do. This smoothie tasted a lot like an apple pie but a lot healthier obviously but I must admit it tasted so lovely I will have to make it again soon.
